Sign in sheets are required for HCPs and are to remain on file with Events. We can provide sign in sheet templates if you do not have them. Please remember to send sign in sheets to Events within two weeks of your event.

Please remember to visit the Resource section of the Home page to order your additional marketing materials at least 1–2 weeks before your event date.

Please order materials from Imagine or Ad Resources 1-2 weeks in advance of the event date.
