ORDERING MATERIALS & EVENT ASSETS
We have TWO separate fulfillment suppliers to support the various needs at events, clinics, and correspondence:
EVENTS & DEMO ORDERING

This ordering portal is currently only for:
- Event materials (banners, signage, tablecloths, demos, etc.)
- Demo Kits and individual demos for your clinics
- Return labels will be supplied - PLEASE return promptly to ensure availability for another event.
MARKETING MATERIALS
[ Vendor: IMAGINE }
This is for ordering printed material for events, customers, etc.
No return labels will be shipped — so please remember to order only what you need to avoid unnecessary returns. This can damage the printed literature and keep it from being reused.
PROJECT REQUEST FORMS
A completed form is required before we can begin your project/event request. Just click on the appropriate request form to get started.
Since projects usually take different production tracks, you will need to complete a request for each individual one. If you have any questions on the information we need from you, let us know -- and we will help you get the process rolling.

Once the request(s) form is completed, you will be contacted by the designated Team Member.
Request services from your Events Team AND/OR request marketing support - postcard, flyer, exhibit signage, Powerpoint graphics, etc.
